"We seek to achieve sustainable environmental solutions by integrating
Resource Management Planning, Landscape and Architecture"

Resource Management
Planning

The Resource Management Act (RMA) is the main law governing land, water and air. It is based on the concept of sustainable management of natural & physical resources of the environment.

District/City Plans, Regional Policy Statements and Plans, National Policy Statements and Environmental Standards are used to achieve sustainable management of the environment.

Landscape
Planning & Design

There are two main types of landscapes; Natural Landscapes and Man-made Landscapes. Natural Landscapes show the least amount of changes or impacts by man. The landscapes we see are generally a mixture of these two.

Therefore, a Landscape can be considered to be a continuing picture of the overall on-going activities both natural and manmade on an area of land.

Architectural
Design

Good Architecture works in a sustainable relationship with the environment and makes a minimal impact.

We integrate Architectural Designing with our expertise in Resource Management Planning and Landscape.
